An aviation boatswain's mate lines up an F/A-18C Hornet to be launched off of a steam catapult aboard Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Abraham Lincoln. Lincoln is underway off the coast of Southern California conducting Fleet Replacement Squadron Carrier Qualification to certify new pilots to launch and recover aircraft aboard a carrier at sea.
