U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt Todd Kobee, deployed from Lackland Air Force Base, Texas, assigned to the 732nd Expeditionary Security Forces Squadron, Detachment 4, and an Iraqi interpreter conduct a random badge check while on a foot patrol, Oct. 2, 2007. Air Force security forces are the first responders for the International Zone, Baghdad, Iraq. They are in lieu of tasking, meaning they are filling an Army billet on six-month deployments.
