SANTA RITA, Guam (March 9, 2020) “It’s hard work being a weapons technician,” said Torpedoman’s Mate 2nd Class Coleman Hazelwood, assigned to the Los Angeles-class fast attack submarine USS Topeka (SSN 754), from Lake Wales, Fla. “I’m grateful for all that I’ve learned and all of the friends that I’ve made onboard.” Topeka is one of four forward-deployed submarines assigned to Commander, Submarine Squadron Fifteen out of Polaris Point, Naval Base Guam.
