200227-N-QR336-2403 NARRA, Palawan (Feb. 27, 2020) Builder Constructionman Spencer Kendall, with Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 5’s Detail Palawan, paints windows at Magsaysay Elementary School. The project is a joint effort between U.S. Navy Seabees with NMCB-5 and service members from the Armed Forces of Philippines. NMCB-5 is deployed across the Indo-Pacific region conducting high-quality construction to support U.S. and partner nations to strengthen partnerships, deter aggression, and enable expeditionary logistics and naval power projection.
