The State Best Warrior Competition for the Arkansas Army National Guard, held on Camp Robinson Maneuver Training Center, North Little Rock, Ark., is from February 24 - 27, 2020. The eleven competitors represented the 39th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, 142nd Field Artillery Brigade, 87th Troop Command, 77th Combat Aviation Brigade, Camp Robinson, Fort Chaffee JMTC, National Guard Marksmanship Training Center, and the state partner of Arkansas, the Central American country of Guatemala.
This week long competition tests the competitors mentally and physically, and while building esprite de corps with the nation of Guatemala, determines which two Soldiers, one junior enlisted Soldier and one Noncommissioned Officer, who will represent the Arkansas Army National Guard at the Region 5 Best Warrior Competition in Salina, Kansas.
