Sgt. Koku Adzoble inventories tools with Sgt. 1st Class James Crews of Raeford, N.C., on Forward Operating Base Salerno, Afghanistan, June 14. Adzoble emigrated to the United States in 2007 from Togo, west Africa, and joined the U.S. Army soon after. "He's a hard worker," said Crews. "He's one of those guys who goes straight to work when you ask him to do something. He doesn't ask why; he just does it."
