Norfolk, VA. (February 1, 2020). Rep. Elaine Luria, from Virginia’s 2nd Congressional District, pauses for a moment with two LEGO standees during a visit to the 9th Annual LEGO Brick by Brick Shipbuilding Event. The annual event is hosted by the Hampton Roads Naval Museum at the Decker Half Moone Cruise Center in Downtown Norfolk, entirely free of charge. This year’s event attracted just over 5,000 visitors and was staffed by over 120 active duty U.S. Navy and civilian volunteers, and is the largest event hosted by the museum.
