200112-N-VP266-1034 RED SEA (Jan. 12, 2020) Sailors assigned to the amphibious dock landing ship USS Oak Hill (LSD 51) move across the flight deck of the ship after chocking and chaining an MH-60S Sea Hawk helicopter, assigned to the Dragon Whales of Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 28, to the flight deck of the ship of during flight deck operations. Oak Hill is deployed to the U.S. 5th Fleet area of operations in support of naval operations to ensure maritime stability and security in the Central Region, connecting the Mediterranean and the Pacific through the western Indian Ocean and three strategic choke points.
