Zirbel, a native of Green Bay, Wis., received the Navy Superior Civilian Service Award for leading a diverse workforce of more than 1,200 personnel across seven sites, demonstrating an outstanding commitment to a culture of excellence, and delivering extraordinary information technology results for fleet and enterprise customers. NAVSUP BSC provides the Navy with information systems support through the design, development, and maintenance of systems in the functional areas of logistics, supply chain management, transportation, finance, and accounting.
