Let's give Airman 1st Class Kaylahn Dargan-Williams from the 81st Logistics Readiness Squadron a shout-out for being chosen as the Warrior of the Week during this week's staff meeting! As part of the installation deployment readiness cell team, Dargan-Williams pioneered the deployed teams of three process, which was benchmarked by Air Education and Training Command. Her drive is persistent as she revamps the Functional Area Agreement Coordinator (FAAC) training process for the 81st Training Wing. She played a vital role in the 81st LRS winning the Air Force Logistics Readiness Squadron Non-Flying Unit of the Year. Dargan-Williams embraces the whole Airman concept by holding a key position as the squadron booster club secretary, volunteering to be a squadron physical training leader, and being the squadron point of contact for the upcoming dragon march.
