200214-N-PG340-1102 OKINAWA, Japan (Feb. 14, 2020) Construction Mechanic 3rd Class Clayton Westboook, deployed with Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 5, uses the control box for the AMK36 Wrecker Truck to replace a transformer in support of 18th Civil Engineer Squadron. NMCB-5 is deployed across the Indo-Pacific region conducting high-quality construction to support U.S. and partner nations to strengthen partnerships, deter aggression, and enable expeditionary logistics and naval power projection.
