Captain Hallock “Hal” Mohler, assigned to Commander, U.S. Second fleet, talks with Battleship Operations Manager Keith Nitka in the mess deck area of the decommissioned Iowa-Class Battleship USS Wisconsin (BB-64). Mohler served aboard the Wisconsin from 1987-1991 and was pinned as a Chief during that time frame. Both Mohler and Nitka served together aboard the Wisconsin. The visit to the Wisconsin was coordinated by the Hampton Roads Naval Museum, next door to the Battleship in Downtown Norfolk, Virginia (US Navy Photo by Max Lonzanida/Released).
