Iraqi Army Brig. Gen. Sattar, Director of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, was hosted by Col. Gerald Newman, 108th Sustainment Brigade commander, Task Force Lincoln, Team Blackhawks, Illinois National Guard, at Camp Taji, Iraq, Feb. 18, 2020. This senior leader engagement focused on solutions impacting the depot level maintenance facilities within the M4 Logistics Directorate. Team Blackhawks are executing the logistics advise, assist, and enable mission under the 1st Theater Sustainment Command supporting Combined Joint Task Force - Operation Inherent Resolve to continue building the sustainment capability of the Iraqi Security Forces.
