An aerial photograph shows a gray rigid-hull inflatable boat (RHIB) or low-profile vessel on open blue ocean water. Three personnel are visible on the vessel alongside numerous bundled packages wrapped in dark material with red markings, consistent with contraband seizure operations. The scene appears to document a law enforcement or military interdiction operation at sea.

A Coast Guard Cutter Vigilant boarding team removes over 1,786 ounds of cocaine from a suspected low profile vessel which was interdicted while on patrol in the Eastern Pacific Ocean Jan. 29, 2020. The removal of large quantities of contraband through interdictions such as these disrupts the operations of transnational criminal organizations, deterring violence and promoting stability of governments in the region.
