JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO – (Feb. 11, 2020) Master Chief Wes Koshoffer, of Newport, R.I., the fleet master chief of Manpower, Personnel, Training, and Education (MPT&E) speaks with Sailors assigned to Navy Recruiting District (NRD) San Antonio during a visit to Fort Sam Houston. He spoke on numerous topics to include, but not limited to, Customer Relations Management System, Recruiting Transformation, MyNavyHR, Work-Life Balance, Physical Fitness Test, and Stress Management. NRD San Antonio’s area of responsibility includes more than 34 Navy Recruiting Stations and Navy Officer Recruiting Stations spread throughout 144,000 square miles of Central and South Texas territory.
