Mozambican marine Sub-Sgt. Moises Munhuri applies a tourniquet to U.S. Marine Cpl. Aurelio Stirling on board High Speed Vessel Swift during an information exchange between U.S. Marines and Mozambican marines and sailors. Sterling is from Special Purpose Marine Air Ground Task Force 12.2, Security Cooperation Team 6 and aboard Swift as part of Africa Partnership Station 2012. APS is an international security cooperation initiative facilitated by Commander, U.S. Naval Forces Europe-Africa aimed at strengthening global maritime partnerships through training and collaborative activities to improve maritime safety and security in Africa.
