Blake Converse, commander, Submarine Force, U.S. Pacific Fleet, salutes sideboys and arrives at a change of command ceremony aboard the submarine tender USS Frank Cable (AS 40), Feb. 7. Capt. Al Alarcon relieved Capt. Jeff Bierley as commanding officer of the ship during the event.
