Col. Todd Tuttle, outgoing commander of the Eastern Army Aviation Training Site, relinquishes the colors from Col. Edwards Little, Assistant Adjutant General Army, Pennsylvania National Guard during a change of command ceremony Feb. 8 at Fort Indiantown Gap.
Tuttle, who resides in Mechanicsburg, Pa. enlisted in 1989 and stared his Army aviation career in 1996. He deployed in support of Operations Enduring Freedom and Freedom's Sentinel and will now retire after 31 years of service. His many awards include the Bronze Star Medal, the Meritorious Service Medal with two oak leaf clusters, Master Aviation Badge and Combat Action Badge.
