Col. Steven E. Putthoff, commander, 4th Sustainment Brigade, 4th Infantry Division conducted physical training with the company commanders from throughout the brigade 21 November at Rough Rider field on Fort Carson, Colorado. The training was focused on the new Army Combat Fitness Test, ACFT, and exercises that will help Soldiers successfully complete the test. Capt. Jonathan Hatch, commander, Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 4th Special Troops Battalion, 4SB, used the ACFT operator’s manual to help design the training session. The commanders performed a variety of exercises to include: the 8 count pushup, kettle bell swings, buddy carries, 800 meter run, and kettle bell run. (U.S. Army photo by Sgt.
