John Krupovage, Natural Resources manager, keeps an eye on a prescribed burn close to base housing, lodging and the Tinker Club Mar. 6. Natural Resources and Tinker Fire Department personnel assisted a team from the Air Force Wildland Fire Branch in the prescribed burn. The burns eliminate invasive and non-native grasses and plants and act as a fertilizer, allowing new, productive growth in the Tinker grassland areas.
