Delegates from more than 30 African nations along with U.S. troops listen to opening remarks during the opening ceremony to Africa Endeavor held June 18 at the Naval Base in Douala, Cameroon. Africa Endeavor, an annual communications joint exercise sponsored by AFRICOM, is the largest military exercise on the African continent which focuses on the interoperability of equipment and information sharing among military representatives throughout the African Union.
