Earl Shipley, a crew chief assigned to Marine Operational Test and Evaluation Squadron One (VMX-1), guides a CH-53E Super Stallion assigned to Marine Heavy Helicopter Squadron (HMH) 366 during the squadron’s deployment for training exercise at Peterson Air Force Base, Colorado, Feb. 5, 2020.
