BETHESDA, Maryland (Feb. 4, 2020) U.S. Navy Police Officer, Cpl. Howard Clarke, secures the Naval Support Activity Bethesda Command Suite after clearing it during an active shooter drill as part of Citadel Shield-Solid Curtain 2020. CS-SC is a two-part, anti-terrorism force protection exercise being conducted nationwide on installations, Feb. 3-14.
