U.S. Army Sgt. Chelsey Pcolar, flight paramedic with Charlie Company, 2nd Battalion, 3rd Combat Aviation Brigade, receives urgent surgical patients at the Role II hospital, Jan. 27, 2020, during Combined Resolve XIII. The purpose of the exercise is to prepare 2nd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 1st Calvary Division along with 16 other allied and partner nations to fight and win in the European theater.
