Foggo III, Commander, U.S. Naval Forces Europe-Africa and Commander, Allied Joint Force Command Naples, Jan. 23, 2020.. Wolters and Foggo visited NAVSTA Rota to meet with senior U.S. and Spanish military leaders to highlight their partnership and continued cooperation in the EUCOM area of operations.
