Everett Mitchell, who besides being a pastor is also a juvenile court judge for Wisconsin's Dane County Circuit Court, gives his presentation Jan. 16, 2020, during the Fort McCoy (Wis.) observance of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
