Lt. Christie Kehoe helps tie a retaining wire on a fence post at the Imagine Family Home Center orphanage. Sailors from the Mozambique navy and U.S. High Speed Vessel Swift (HSV 2) worked together to build the fence for the home's goats. The effort is part of Swift's participation in Africa Partnership Station (APS), an international security cooperation initiative, facilitated by Commander, U.S. Naval Forces Europe-Africa, which is aimed at strengthening global maritime partnerships through training and collaborative activities to improve maritime safety and security in Africa.
