Devin Gallagher, 10, climbs aboard a humvee to get a closer look at an up-mounted .50-caliber machine gun with Lance Cpl. Brandon Mentzer a member of 3rd Battalion, 25th Marine Brigade and a Westerville native, June 14, during Marine Week Cleveland ending June 17. Crowds of people flocked to Public Square to catch a glimpse of military tactical vehicles and demonstrations. More than 750 Marines invaded the city of Cleveland for the weeklong military extravaganza. Marine Week served as an opportunity to show community members the diverse capabilities of the Corps in air, on land and at sea.
