John Lubas, commander of the 3rd Infantry Brigade Combat Team pose for a photograph during the Birthday of Martin Luther King Jr. Observance Jan. 16, at the Main Post Chapel, Schofield Barracks, HI. Spear and Lubas presented a plaque of appreciation for Wooten being the guest speaker at the observance.
Soldiers from the brigade held a birthday observance to honor Dr. King's legacy and instill into Soldiers, that the Army is committed to the ideals endorsed by Dr. King -- treating every individual with dignity and respect.
