200111-N-BD352-0129 ARABIAN SEA (Jan. 11, 2020) An F/A-18E Super Hornet, attached to the "Sunliners" of Strike Fighter Squadron (VFA) 81, bottom, lines up on a catapult on the flight deck while an E-2D Hawkeye, attached to the "Seahawks" of the Carrier Airborne Early Warning Squadron (VAW) 126, takes off from the flight deck the aircraft carrier USS Harry S. Truman (CVN 75) in the Arabian Sea Jan. 11, 2020. The Harry S. Truman Carrier Strike Group is deployed to the U.S. 5th Fleet area of operations in support of naval operations to ensure maritime stability and security in the Central Region, connecting the Mediterranean and the Pacific through the western Indian Ocean and three strategic choke points.
