Logistics Specialist 2nd Class (SW) Danielle Leal and Mozambique navy Sub-Lt. Estebao Sitoe work together to cut retaining wire on a spool of fencing. Sailors from the Mozambique navy and U.S. High Speed Vessel Swift (HSV 2) worked together to build a fence for the home's goats. The fence will keep out wild dogs and keep the goats from munching on the home's garden. Both the garden and the goats play an important part in feeding the 44 children living at the home. The effort is part of Swift's participation in Africa Partnership Station. APS is an international security cooperation initiative, facilitated by Commander, U.S. Naval Forces Europe-Africa, aimed at strengthening global maritime partnerships through training and collaborative activities to improve maritime safety and security in Africa.
