Forte distinguished himself by meritorious achievement as a Tactical Operations Superintendent and Air Advisor, and placed himself at risk numerous times while engaged in operations against an opposing armed force to expertly carryout his mission-critical duties in support of operations Inherent Resolve and Deliberate Resolve.
