Let's give Staff Sgt. Ronelda Charles from the 81st Training Wing a shout-out for being chosen as the Warrior of the Week during this week's staff meeting! Charles is the NCO in charge of resource management for the Keesler Chapel. In this role she manages $451,000 in chapel funds, seven cardholders and nine contractors. Her efforts in this position were instrumental in the establishment of the Lighthouse Ministry Center, ensuring the commander's top priority of warrior care. Charles is a humble servant leader that models comprehensive Airman fitness in every aspect of her life. Because of her determination and drive she was selected as a military training instructor for the religious affairs technical training apprentice course, which was recently relocated to Keesler.
