    200107-N-HR150-051 YOKOSUKA, Japan (January 7, 2020) - Search and Rescue swimmer, Information Systems Technician Seaman Apprentice Patrick Phannenstill, from Plainfield, Illinois, is lowered from U.S. 7th Fleet flagship USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19) into Yokosuka Bay while conducting Search and Rescue swimmer training. Blue Ridge is the oldest operational ship in the Navy and, as 7th Fleet command ship, actively works to foster relationships with allies and partners in the Indo-Pacific Region.
