Hedi Marzougui, chief mate of Military Sealift Command-chartered High Speed Vessel Swift operates a forklift to unload medical supplies for Project Handclasp. Swift offloaded six pallets destined for Deseret International Foundation/Department of Ophthalmology, Universidade Eduardo Mondlane Maputo. Swift is in port for Africa Partnership Station, an international security cooperation initiative, facilitated by Commander, U.S. Naval Forces Europe-Africa, aimed at strengthening global maritime partnerships through training and collaborative activities in order to improve maritime safety and security in Africa.
