Contractors dredge up material to help make initial repairs to the inlet breach at levee L-575B just outside of Nebraska City, Neb., July 20. The breach is just one of 50 breaches the Corps is rushing to repair following this spring's flooding along the Missouri river caused by the March bomb cyclone.
