Maj. Gen. Rodney Anderson, Deputy Commander of the XVIII Airborne Corps presents Spc. David Kemboi, assigned to the 1st Special Warfare Training Group Headquarters Headquarters Company, with the first place award for the fastest time during the 16th Annual Army Birthday 10-Miler, June 8. Kemboi completed the 10-miler in 56 minutes and 59 seconds.
