U.S. Navy Petty Officer 2nd Class Clarence Collins stands in front of a training display on Camp Hansen, Okinawa, Japan, Dec. 23, 2019. Collins recently saved the life of a local Japanese citizen at Okinawa World by conducting cardiopulmonary resuscitation until emergency services arrived. Collins, a native of Las Vegas, Nev., is a Combat Medical Specialist with Expeditionary Operations Training Group, III Marine Expeditionary Force.
