Col. Thomas Goulter (right) accepts command of the 28th Mission Support Group from Col. Mark Weatherington, 28th Bomb Wing commander, during a change of command ceremony on Ellsworth Air Force Base, S.D., June 8, 2012. Goulter is now responsible for the six squadrons that make up the 28th MSG and provides essential services for active-duty members, retirees and civilians and their families, including food services, security, vehicles, supplies, communications support, civil engineering, personnel support and educational and recreational services.
