U.S. Marine Corps Col. Jason S. D. Perry, the commanding officer of 4th Marine Regiment, 3rd Marine Division, accepts a plaque from U.S. Marine Corps 1st Lt. Brian Goff during the Joint Light Tactical Vehicle christening on Camp Schwab, Okinawa, Japan, Dec. 20, 2019.
