Ronnie Perez, a 927th Aeromedical Staging Squadron aeromedical technician, pull a simulated casualty to safety during a field training exercise Dec. 11, 2019, at Avon Park Air Force Range, Fla. Lahteine and Perez provided tactical combat casualty care, such as tourniquet application, wound dressing and administering intravenous fluids during a simulated threat.
