Michael DiDio, 180th Fighter Wing Commander, places wreaths on service member headstones, alongside more than 400 volunteers, at Toledo Memorial Park in Sylvania, Ohio, Dec. 14, 2019, following the official Wreaths Across America Ceremony where he presented remarks highlighting the Wreaths Across America mission to Honor, Remember and teach.
