Sicola, of Dallas, relieved Capt. Eric J. Anduze, from Manati, Puerto Rico, as the ship's commanding officer. Blue Ridge, part of Expeditionary Strike Group 7, is the oldest operational ship in the Navy and, as 7th Fleet command ship, actively works to foster relationships with allies and partners in support of security and stability within the Indo-Pacific Region.
