Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy (MCPON) Joe R. Campa Jr. signs Petty Officer 1st Class Benjamin McGee's charge book on Sept. 17. McGee is a Seabee and construction electrician attached to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3 at Naval Base Ventura County Port Hueneme, Calif. More than 60 chief petty officer selectees lined up to have their books signed by the MCPON at the base theater.
