PHILIPPINE SEA (Dec. 3, 2019) Sailors receive training from Chief Hospital Corpsman Joe Pica, from Jersey City, N.J., right, a member of Afloat Training Group Western Pacific (ATGWP), during stretcher-bearer training aboard the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Milius (DDG 69).
