Soldiers from the 1st Battalion, 8th Cavalry Regiment, “Mustangs,” 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division, start a five-mile run to begin the Mustang Challenge on here, May 10. The challenge was a competition for Mustang senior leadership, while some leaders from Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 2nd BCT competed as well. Competitors executed four events, three of which were timed, earning points for each one.
