Paul Rock, the Commanding General of 3D Marine Expeditionary Brigade, gives his remarks during the Okinawa-based Opening Ceremony for Exercise Yama Sakura 77 on Camp Courtney, Okinawa, Japan, Dec. 9, 2019.
