An investiagtive recovery team, assigned to the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA), dig a test unit during a mission in Sekong Province, Laos Democratic People’s Republic, Nov. 17, 2019. Test units are used to narrow down potential areas where missing U.S. service members may be located.
