A zipline is used to transport buckets of soil during a Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) investigative recovery mission in Sekong Province, Laos Democratic People’s Republic, Nov. 19, 2019. Investigative teams use several mountaineering techniques to navigate steep mountain terrain while searching fort the remains of missing U.S. service members.
