ATLANTIC OCEAN (Dec. 4, 2019) Master-at-Arms 2nd Class Gregory Piocos, from San Diego, assigned to USS Gerald R. Ford's (CVN 78) security department, receives his certificate of appointment to second class petty officer presented by Lt. Cmdr.
